Make It An Experience

Posted by Bridgette Burns on

Even though I typical drive everywhere, but thanks to my daughter Brittney, I started using UBER and can honestly say I'm falling in LOVE with it. And I UBER whenever possible. LOL..

Anyway, I recently hopped in the the backseat of the Uber. About 30 seconds into the ride, I notice pages posted on each window. Check this one:

So what set this guy apart from any other driver I've had? He was unique, he had personality and he went above and beyond to accommodate his customers. Automatically I'm thinking about how much extra money this guy must be making just by having some entertainment (and candy) in his car. He was providing more than a ride, he made it an experience.

Simple things like this is what set any entrepreneur apart from the rest. In a sea of Uber drivers, he is going to stand out. I can't even count how many times I've been in the backseat of a strangers car and I probably couldn't tell you a single thing about the ride.

So, what's the moral of the story?
In order to separate yourself from the competition, you've got to be different. In order to sustain success you've got to have something unique about YOU.
