We ship all orders via USPS Priority Shipping.
When will my order ship?
We pride ourselves on shipping orders within 2-3 business days! We’re closed on Saturday & Sunday so if you place an order on Friday evening, we won’t be able to ship it out until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
How will I know when my item has shipped?
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order that is basically a receipt of your purchases. Then, when we purchase your shipping label, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Once the package has been picked up by USPS, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s been scanned and ready to be shipped! From there, you can go to the USPS website and sign up for text message alerts should you choose to do so! You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do you ship?
We are happy to announce we ship in United States and Canada.
USPS is saying my package has arrived but I don't have it. What do I do?
We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. Once they have been confirmed as shipped by USPS, they are out of our hands. You can, however, contact your local post office to ensure they were in fact delivered. Check with your roomies, friends, family, & neighbors! Sometimes USPS can deliver to the wrong address by accident.
How do the holidays affect my order?
No changes! We only ask that you be patient with us as the holidays tend to be busy, busy. We promise to get your packages out to you ASAP! USPS can sometimes take a little longer during the holidays as well.
